I am GrosBedo (alias GBO), and I’m the new developper of Panic Button. Firstly, I would like to thank Russel for his trust, and I hope I won’t disappoint him
I released v2.6 a couple of monthes before and I hope to do much more for the future of this project. I’m currently working hard on the new v2.7 which aim to be a great leap towards the future of this project, because it will support much more platforms than now, and will be even easier to use and configure.

As you can see, I didn’t post very much. I’m not a fan of chit-chatting and describing my whole life in a blog. But I have a profound respect for all the guys around the world who spend some of their time to help others with useful posts.
As I’m developping this new version, I’ve met some difficulties and problems where the only solution I could find was to invent one by myself. Sure I could find another easiest way, but I’m a perfectionist

I find this to be a real waste if other people run across the same problems as me and have to reinvent the wheel, or simply give up like I’ve seen many while my searches. So I will use this blog to give developpers some informations about python, resources, cross-platform development, and programming in general. You will find some scripts resulting from my searches in our sourceforge repository, under Related Scripts.

I hope this will be useful for some people. And stay tuned for v2.7 !
